POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
SHINING LEGIONS ships worldwide! In an effort to combat the constant increase in shipping costs, we have become involved with a variety of different logistics companies. Our dedicated team does everything in our power to guarantee that we, a small company, can offer our customers the lowest shipping costs and the most effective delivery methods. Please note that we always add at least one sticker, one newsletter and even an autographed photo for free. As a fan, you should consider our generosity a small token of our appreciation for your devotion and never-ending support!
PAYMENT OPTIONS
SHINING LEGIONS uses the credit card service Stripe. Thus, you can pay with your VISA, Mastercard, or most similar Credit Cards on the market. We also accept PAYPAL. In rare cases, when neither is an option, we can instead allow a BANK TRANSFER. For more information on this alternative, send an E-MAIL with your request to customer service ([email protected]). Please remember, we do NOT ship any orders before we have received full payment.
SHIPPING
When you place an order with us, your package will often be dispatched and on its way the very same day. However, if for whatever reason that isn’t the case, we can assure you that it will leave our warehouse within a week. It is, all the same, important that you understand that once your package has been delivered by us to the appropriate postal service, it is no longer our responsibility to ensure that the order reaches its final destination. Also, due to recent safety precautions set by the European Union, if you live in a country where an additional TAX is demanded of you in order to receive a package sent by us, that is NOT our responsibility. Rather, this becomes YOUR obligation to address.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, which means that once orders have been placed, we cannot accept any returns. However, if you have received a defective product and provide us with proof that the defect is due to a factory error, we will then send you a replacement package. Refunds will not be granted for products that have been damaged because of your local courier’s treatment of your package.
PRE-ORDERS
When you decide to support the band by placing a PRE-ORDER, know that, due to a variety of factors, the PRE-ORDERED item may be delayed. Therefore, please be aware that all dates are tentative and subject to change. When such changes occur, you will have to trust the fact that we will ship your merchandise as soon as we receive the awaited stock. (Note: We also tend to pack additional, and most of the time exclusive, bonus(es) as a reward to customers for choosing to PRE-ORDER.) Kindly keep in mind that if you order more than one product, and one of them is labelled as a PRE-ORDER, we will not ship your package until we have the PRE-ORDERED item in stock. Therefore, if you want the already released titles to be sent to you earlier, you have to place two separate orders. No exceptions apply.
